Since I’m going to be riveting the leading edge on the right wing, I got stated by ensuring there is no twist in the wing. I hung plumb bobs at the root and tip and measured the gap. Turns out there was ~1/8 inch twist in the wing. I adjusted the wing to eliminate the twist.
I used my pneumatic squeezer to set all the rivets on the top and bottom of the spar.
Here’s the shop heads of some of the rivets. The squeezer produces a very uniform finish.
