I’m finally getting the time to start closeout out the baggage area. It feels like the end of the fuselage kit is slowly approaching! To get the day going, I painted the rear baggage side panels.
For the region where the rudder cable passes behind the panel, I threaded some string through the bulkhead holes. This will allow me to easily pull the rudder cable through when it’s time.
Here’s the installation of the right rear baggage panel. It took a little work to get everything to line up, but I think it looks solid. It feels good to do some real riveting.
