I fabricated the F-613 Canopy Splice Plate at work today. As other builders have stated, the 2 holes identified in the image below are not properly located per the Van’s instructions. If you drill the holes per the plans, they will overlap with tooling holes on the canopy frame. I moved the holes up .25 to avoid this issue.
