I got a quick session in today. Overall, the time I’ve spent on the project has been pretty lackluster. It feels like I’ve been working on this canopy section forever.
I spent time trying to get the upper deck fitted as best as possible. There’s still some minor misalignments that I will have to bend out, bit it’s looking pretty good.
I marked the hole location in the hinges. The poor alignment of the hole in the hinge appears to be normal across the builds. Unfortunately I couldn’t find my 1/4 inch threaded drill bit so I’m going to have to wait until the tool gets ordered.
The alignment on the other side of the weldment looks about the same.
