I deburred and dimpled the holes for the right aileron leading edge skin.

The ribs were deburred and dimpled.

I countersunk the aileron counterweight pipe. The countersunk dia = .300.

After clecoing the pipe to the leading edge, I used a male dimple die to dimple the leading edge. I used the countersinks cut into the pipe as the female portion of the dimple die. I lightly tapped the male dimple die with a hammer to form the dimple. I had to open up the countersinks on the pipe by ~.020 to allow the rivets to be flush.
