The day was started by riveting the nut plates to the right inboard tank rib. No rivets had to be drilled out. 
Final rivet job:
I deburred and dimpled the stiffeners for the right tank.
Lastly, I duburred and dimpled the right tank ribs. I’m now ready to start sealing the tanks!
