The holes for the stiffening ring were match drilled.
I deburred and dimpled the holes. I’m mildly annoyed that the nut plate hole was drilled so close to the tooling hole. Since this area is just used to hold the doubler ring, this will not negatively impact the part. I’m going to use as is.
