To the get the day started, I countersunk the holes around the right fuel cap.
I installed the stiffeners on the right fuel tank. I’m definitely getting better at applying the Proseal. This picture shows the adhesive applied to the stiffener.
All stiffeners have been installed and sealed.
Even though the “wet setting” of the rivets starts out pretty messy, a little cleanup with acetone makes the final product look good.
I riveted the fuel drains to the left and right tanks. I didn’t get a chance to seal the rivets.
I made the two clips that hold the fuel vent lines. It was a mild pain to make these parts by hand, but they turned out fine.
