I got some time after work to make a little airplane progress. After sealing up those two pesky leaks on the right tank, I did another leak check. I pressurized the tank with a bike pump and Snooped all the interfaces. No leaks this time!

According to the Van’s instructions, you are supposed to drill the hole for the pitot tube into the spar flange. I measured the location and used a unitbit to drill the hole.

The hole came out fine. After I got home, I did a little research on the pitot tube location. If you want to use the Dynon pitot, it needs to go in an alternate location. I was initially pretty annoyed about adding an unnecessary hole, but it looks like I can install the OAT sensor in that location. Crisis averted.
