The was a really big evening in the hangar. I got the center section and aft section attached for the first time.
After getting the airplane sections and sawhorses aligned, my neighbor at the airport helped me move the center section in front of the aft section.
After a lot of effort, I got the two bottom skins cleccoed together. The manner in which the skins and ribs lay over one another is quite complicated and takes some finesse.
The next thing I did was add the side skins.
Here’s the product of a lot of hard work. This thing is really starting to look like an airplane!
