Today I finished drilling the floor stiffeners to the fuselage. The angle drill I currently have isn’t exactly the highest quality tool so I bought a new one off Aircraft Spruce.
I used a hole cutter to form the 1 inch holes that will be used for the fuel lines. You are supposed to cut through the side skin and the gear attach web.
I drilled the lower longeron to the steel firewall bracket. The holes were opened to #12.
