I was a little worn out from doing the detail-orientated canopy work, so I just decided to cut the perimeter of the rear canopy. The part should be cut 1.25 inches from the edge of the top fuselage skin. This part is pretty awkward to handle/support. You can see I’ve got a bunch of clamps pinning it in place.
I also jumped ahead in the plans and cut the C-XXX Parts. It took me forever to find this material. It turns out, the material is in a separate bag with the canopy struts.
