I continued to rivet the canopy frame together. At this point, I’ve installed most of the rivets. There’s a few rivets that are pretty tricky to reach with the bucking bar. Besides the access issues, there’s a few areas that might require a shim between the frame and the skin. You can really tell where the skin is deflecting under the rivet preload.
I’ll be in Washington for the Christmas break, so there won’t be an airplane updates for about 2 weeks.
