Since the primer came out pretty rough on the leading edge skin, I sanded down the surface where the ribs contact the skin.
I clecoed the the ribs to the skin and got to work riveting the parts. I took care to make sure the ribs were as close to the front as possible.
The front most rivets were tough to access with the bucking bar. For each rib, I was not able to install the forward 2 most rivets.
I used a ratchet strap to hold the leading edge in the cradle.
The (mostly) final product. There is some minor wrap-up work on the right leading edge, but it looks awesome!
