I brought the left baffle into SpaceX to get a little work done. I finished drilling the holes for the fuel level sensor.
A 1.5 inch diameter hole cutter was used to drill the large hole.
I got a ton of stuff that will help me finish up the fuel tanks. The major tools are the tube flaring tool and the tube bender.
I installed the outboard rib to the right tank. The rib went in without any issues, but I ran into a problem after the rib was fully riveted. I forgot to match drill the nose doubler to the rib. This isn’t a huge problem. I’ll just match drill the doubler next time.
