I only got about an hour in the hangar, so I was only able to accomplish the rough cut on the left gear hole. I had copied the template at work a few days earlier. I used the holes in the template as the primary alignment features.
I used my unibit to remove the majority of the material.
The remaining material was removed using my Dremel. I still need to remove a little more material and do a few fit checks, but this turned out well.
