Here’s comes the tricky part. I primed the trailed edge wedge and covered both sides of the wedge with fuel tank sealant. The wedge was installed between the rudder skins and the trailing edge was clecoed to some angle aluminum. If I could have done this over again, I would have made 2 sections of angle aluminum for either side of the rudder. This would have allowed me to apply equal pressure to both sides of the trailing edge.
This picture shows the detail of the trailing edge. It’s looking pretty good. I’ll leave this adhesive to cure for a few days before a get back to it.
